World Dwarf Games

The first World Dwarf Games (WDG) Canada completed with a unified Team Canada was in 2013 in Lansing, Michigan, United States. In 2017, WDG was held in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The 2023 WDG in Cologne, Germany was an incredibly successful event for DAAC, in which a team of 46 Canadian athletes competed and brought home 57 medals. These are high participation numbers for Canada, second only to the 2017 WDG hosted on Canadian soil. We are looking forward to the next WDG scheduled for Australia in 2027.
